On a dark desert highway,

Cool wind in my hair

Warm smell of *colitas

Rising up through the air

 

어둑해진 불모지의 하이웨이위에

선선한 바람이 내 머리결을 스치고

훈훈한 *콜리타스의 냄새가

대기속으로 풍겨옵니다..

 

 

Up ahead in the distance,

I saw a shimmering light

My head grew heavy,

And my sight grew dimmer

I had to stop for the night

 

난 정면 앞쪽 저 만치에서

한들거리는 불빛을 발견했어요.

머리는 점점 둔탁해지고

시야는 점차 흐려져만 갔기에.

하룻밤을 묵기위해 거기서 멈춰야만 했어요

 

 

There she stood in the doorway;

I heard the mission bell

And I was thinking to myself,

'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'..........

 

그 곳 문간엔 그 여자가 서 있었고,

난 구제의 종소리를 들었어요.

그리고 속으로 이렇게 생각했어요.

'이 곳이 천국이 아니면 지옥일거야'라고........
